Privacy Policy

Sports Wholesale (a trading brand of Dirac Software Limited, Companies House 13570843, VAT GB 424528208) is the data controller for personal data processed through this site.

What we collect

• Account details — the email address and trading information you provide when you open a trade account.
• Order information — the products you reserve, your delivery and billing details, and correspondence about your orders.
• Technical data — a single server-side session identifier (see our Cookie Policy) and standard server logs.

Why we use it

We process this data to operate your trade account, fulfil and invoice your orders, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you give us a phone number, we send you updates about your orders, invoices and account on WhatsApp; reply STOP to any of them, or untick order updates on your account page, to stop them. We send you offers on WhatsApp only if you tick that on your account page, and you can withdraw it at any time on the same page or by replying STOP. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Retention & your rights

We keep order and accounting records for as long as required by UK law, and account data for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@sportswholesale.co.uk.
